With increasing numbers of installations of RadComm equipment in the UK, Rad/Comm Europe bvba required a UK agent to ensure the continued high level of support for all its customers. Higgins Balers Ltd accepted this challenge to compliment its already successful engineering business within the waste sectors. By providing sales, installation, serving, calibration and repairs across the UK and Ireland of RadComm equipment, Higgins Balers Ltd expanded the customer base, until RadCommGB, was born, providing an identity for RadComm Equipment, as a primary source of radiation detection equipment in the British Isles.
As a highly respected team, under the directorship of Julian Higgins, we can apply our knowledge to all aspects of RadComm equipment, in all sectors. We work with a range of enterprises, from plc’s to owner operated concerns, providing a range of professional and advisory services to ensure that the most effective solution is provided to each customer. RadCommGB operates on the ethics and values that you would expect from a company build from a family venture; providing impartial advice and quality of service, ensuring that the costumer is fully satisfied. RadCommGB is able to offer commitment to sales and service and to ensuring that customers are satisfied, including:
- Practical Advice on Products and a Solution based approach to needs, including design of installation, if required;
- Sales on the full range of RadComm equipment;
- Installation, using experienced engineers;
- Upgrading of existing systems;
- Staff Training;
- Regular Calibration; and
- Repairs.
Normal hours of business: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
If necessary, we are on call: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
