RadComm is recognised worldwide for its responsive technical support and service and we are no different at RadCommGB, ensuring your system is kept working.
Systems are designed specifically to be easy to install and maintain. This includes clear installation instructions, on-site training and alarm procedure protocol support, if required.
Typical service begins with a timely, responsive telephone call, remote trouble-shooting and followed when necessary by an on-site service call.
We keep a substantial inventory of spare parts and as a matter of course carry these in our vehicles when attending site. In most instances repairs are affected during this visit. On occasion parts have to be returned to RadComm Europe or RadComm Systems for more detailed repairs, so have to be removed. We do have the facility of offer an exchange service part on some parts taken for off site repair. If parts are not available immediately, we have the backup of both RadComm Europe and RadComm System with their strategically inventoried parts readily available to ship, ensuring any unfortunate downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
